Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Barber they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Soapmaker, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Valorean grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and to reunite with his old friends

History: Sweet was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Sweet was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Sweet decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: Qualen is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Born in the west to a Bather, Qualen learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. He became a Bather soon after.
