Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. He has styled his blue hair well, parting it to the left. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. The war was a terrible time for him, and Pelaios does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Pelaios grew up listening to his father's many stories. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He struck the Slave Trader job and began his own company from there.

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He prefers to wear green pants and tee shirts. His red hair is thinning but still full. His eyes are likewise white. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tieflings in the south were limited. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and obtaining odd cultural half-elven artifacts is his passion

Voice: Speaks through clenched teeth

Description: He is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing blue cape and mantle trimmed with soft brown waves gently in the breeze. His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. He has done his best to style his golden hair to look like a famous performer. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Money/treasure.

Description: He stands about 5'11" and wears tan robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a morningstar, but if one is not available he will default to his greataxe. His right leg appears badly burned and disfigured. His cinnamon fur is smooth and relatively long. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He takes great joy in being the best Guard in town.

History: Cloud was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Guard work with an outfit from a few towns over. Guard work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 11 years.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
