Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Whurbin fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Laucian was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Banker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: To be a Soapmaker again.

History: Born in the east to a Detective, Gorbundus learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Through the years after Gorbundus was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Gorbundus's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has worked as a Detective like his father before him.
