Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Norman was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Norman's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Norman was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Sailor. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Halfling companion (his 'brother'). He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
