Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: He was born in a small island village. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
