Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: He wears a grey small hat and grey clothes. He is portly but not overly obese. His auburn hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His eyes are likewise brown. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. After a long history of fighting, Ombul and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Laucian speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. Laucian is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Cartwright. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and wants to open a new tavern
