History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Ar-Kaius was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Wiggan was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Architect hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
