History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Sailor they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Ruler, and he later adopted a second daughter.
