Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. His blonde hair is thinning but still full. His eyes are green and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Raer took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up trident and armor he uses now. After a long history of fighting, Raer and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He can't help but pocket interesting objects he comes across

History: Nuraval was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Nuraval fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. While he appears to be a normal Dwarf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His parents enrolled him in a Cleric school at a young age so that he could practice his divine talents. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and his religion dominates his actions
