Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Gifted from a young age, Harbek studied abroad. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he has decided he is irredeemable
