History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Roondar grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Roondar.
