Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Stableman born in the past three hundred years. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and he is greedy

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left leg, he wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). He has a long auburn beard with little hanging trinkets. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: Namfoodle was born the youngest of three triplets. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and to end his boredom

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. In his journeys he found a malevolent artifact. He wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Gnomish artifacts is his passion; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'11" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. His hair is red and very short. His violet eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he's repulsed by the pc

Description: He is a husky man, who wears a white cloak and cross-gartered blue stockings. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His skin is flawless and his violet eyes scan people very quickly.
Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. Chad is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: Chad was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Cleric, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Cleric in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and regain custody of his daughter
