History: Eldon was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Mormog alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Ur-Dag grew up listening to his mother's many stories. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and a rival would like him out of the picture
