His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

When his father died while fighting goblins, the young Norman began to lead the lost caravan. He tends to his Mayor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
