Personality: Paelias is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Brewer but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the east were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: Ulfgar speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Ulfgar alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. John liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well.
