Personality: Alexandre is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: He was born into a rich family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He tends to his Miner job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: Ur-Edin lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the north. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls.
