History: Born in the south to a Ruler, Kite learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Ruler hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Guard profession.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Alston was born with his mother's beautiful face. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Born to a Scribe, his father struggled to pay the bills. A freak accident while working with his Scribe father left him crippled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: Many orcs want him driven away; and he's looking for his big break
