Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Faran's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Born to a Barber, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Blacksmith hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

After coming to the age of reason, Ratanák took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has never given up on his dancing dream.

He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Locksmith. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
