Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He wears a white vest and prefers red and green shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. He has styled his blonde hair well, parting it to the left. His gray eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Gnomish artifacts is his passion; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. He has dyed his greying silver hair a little too much giving a sharp silver color. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his amber eyes.
Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes drow are coming to abduct people. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and a deep hatred of drow

Description: He likes to wear red tank tops with grey pants. With a patchy auburn beard and wild auburn hair. His eyes are likewise hazel. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: He was born in the north. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: This western man very much looks the part of a Seamstress. His clothes are grease stained in places. His crest, while still mostly gold, has prominent grey streaks. His gold eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He's also a talented Guard, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: Further expansion of business.
