Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. The war was a terrible time for him, and Kaladan does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Kaladan hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. When Kaladan reached his early adolescence his Dragonborn mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the south. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He has never given up on his music dream.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and an old rival family wants him found

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.
