History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Scribe responsibilities is difficult; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Description: This younger middle-aged man wears an entirely brown suit with grey socks and a vest with buckled shoes, and a wedding ring on his right hand. With a patchy red beard and wild red hair. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines gray.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Gennal was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Some 4 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Gennal never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
