Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Barber but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Kildrak was born the youngest of three triplets. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: Rurik speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Rurik was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He got into the Baker business at a young age. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Baker.
