Upon awakening, Nutae discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Nutae fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now mingles about in high society.

Description: With tan face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His red hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Through the years after Diggory was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Diggory's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He came across an abandoned tomb where he found a relic that called out to him. After picking it up he was cursed by vampirism.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Tanner. He has achieved small success as a Tanner.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Tanner responsibilities is difficult.

History: He was born in a small mountains village. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
