History: Born in the east to a Bookbinder, Faran learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Halfling companion (his 'brother'). Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
