History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His parents enrolled him in a Aristocrat school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east; and balancing his hectic life and new bather responsibilities is difficult

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and further expansion of business
