Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Kaladan grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Kaladan. He struck the Engraver job and began his own company from there.

His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
