It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. He has done his best to style his chestnut hair to look like a famous performer. This hazel eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His childhood dream was to be a Mason, but he was a colossal failure. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Doctor for the past few years.

Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he wears a black shirt with thin tan vertical stripes and grey pants. His golden hair is unkempt and raggedy. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady blue eyes.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Carpenter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. A friendly and beautiful Human, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Randal grew up listening to his father's many stories. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Laborer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Laborer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
