History: He was raised by priests from a young age. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 59. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Umpen alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted.
