Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Through the years after Heskan was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Heskan's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Heskan and his spouse have recently divorced.

He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Tomi was born on a far southern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Barber. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
