History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. At a young age his mother died while driving off some illithids. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in nunchaku use. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Faran fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Through the years after Aldous was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Personality: He is a Sage first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing music.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Sage for hire.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Sage responsibilities is difficult.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature rapier.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and nothing but the best is good enough for him
