He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Barber. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Born in the south to a Bounty Hunter, Umpen learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Bounty Hunter.
