His mother, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect him and cast a teleportation spell that whisked him away. He bought a glaive and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of orcs may trigger it at times.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, orcs burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying south to reunite his family. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.
