His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: To unite with his sister; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
