Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Modean's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Modean was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Modean decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Unemployed kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
