Description: He is wearing a tight tan one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. His brown hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: He feels threatened by others.

Description: He is in excellent shape and wears a red cloak and cross-gartered tan stockings. His black hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His eyes are a pleasant green.
Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: Arnold was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Monk, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Monk in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Painter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break.

History: He was raised in a forest tribe. His necromantic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it

Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. He keeps his black hair in a pixie cut. His eyes are gray and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Darrak fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: This northern man is abnormally tall. He wears a fancy tan suit. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His dark red hair, when down, is lengthy. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. Cressel is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Bounty Hunter they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Baker, and he later adopted a second daughter.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Baker and was forced into it by his family; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother
