History: Paggen lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and balancing his hectic life and new spice merchant responsibilities is difficult

Personality: Alex hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his painting career. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything.
