Description: He wears tattered old clothes. His moppish red hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Ruler arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Umpen took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up warhammer and armor he uses now. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he wants to get laid

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). He keeps his brown hair in a pixie cut. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Stableman. He works hard and plays hard.
History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Stableman. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Stableman.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. His blonde hair is smooth and relatively long. His blue eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.
History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Marshal work with an outfit from a few towns over. Marshal work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has worked as a Marshal like his mother before him.
Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and wants to raise his children well

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His black hair is cut short. His eyes are blue.
Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His silver hair is heavily combed to the left. His white eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Zephan's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
History: Zephan hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
Motivation: Revenge; and many dire rats want him driven away
