Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Nelkin was born with his father's beautiful face. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
