Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). His fur is lavender and curly. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines green.
Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.
History: He was born in a small plains village. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Tabaxi companion (his 'brother'). When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and to reunite with his old friends

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep white leather and dull black iron scale mail. His golden hair is long and unkept. He has a dull look in his blue eyes.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things.

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Dwarves. His skin is dark but he possesses many blue ritualistic tattoos. He dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. He wears a deerstalker hat to hide his balding. He has several tiny amber earrings on each ear.
Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.
History: Darrak hails from a village terrorized by illithids. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it

Description: This light-skinned male wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with tan lining and desert motifs. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. His white hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a cross scrunchie. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He has all his life been fascinated with writing.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Gerard grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Gerard. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
