History: Dalgal was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Blorg alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: 4'2" and muscular, this eastern man wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. He has gleaming, smiling green eyes.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. Traubon enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Traubon was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. He's also a talented Glassblower, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
