Through the years after Kilvar was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Kilvar's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

His brown hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He has several tiny opal earrings on each ear.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. Cimer is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His first spouse was a Servant, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Revenge; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

History: He comes from a rich southern family. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature hand crossbow.

Motivation: Expand his business; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
