Personality: Gunter is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with dancing. He constantly tries to fill his life with dancing. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Raymond was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Bricklayer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Bricklayer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He struck the Bricklayer job and began his own company from there.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and sabotage a competitor

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He wears an entirely green suit with black socks and a vest with buckled shoes. With bright golden hair and a scraggly beard. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.
History: The child of a Dyer, who enjoyed hunting, Lucan was taken on many hunting expeditions. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Lucan took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up flail and armor he uses now. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east; and he's repulsed by the pc
