History: Joser hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and he desires power and/or immortality

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Through the years after Damakos was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east.
