History: He was born in the south. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: Gifted from a young age, Arjhan studied abroad.
