History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. After a long history of fighting, Hogar and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Eldon is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Gifted from a young age, Eldon studied abroad. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town.
