History: Cimer was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. History: Nutae was born the youngest of three triplets. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 10 years.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: He is in excellent shape and wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep gray.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone.
