History: Born to a Healer, his father struggled to pay the bills. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Healer they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Sellsword, and he later adopted a second son.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He got into the Miner business at a young age. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Description: This dark-skinned male wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. His red hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Miner hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and wants to work out more often

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Cartwright business.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: Radomir lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter.
