History: Hobart was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Ranger, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Ranger in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. A freak accident while working with his Baker father left him crippled. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His fur is cut close to his head. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Laborer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, Cask and his spouse have recently divorced.
