History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the north were limited. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Rûg was born the youngest of three triplets. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and wants to raise his children well

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his poetry with anyone who is interested.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: Vassago was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
