Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Alston was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. After months of barely getting by, Alston managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Delg was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and many illithids want him driven away

He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has never given up on his singing dream.
